"Time" series

Great news...Tim made it home safe and sound..and all is well with the world once again :)
It was a super day yesterday.. my daughter and her boyfriend came home for dinner.. we all spent the nite watching Planet Earth ...and Tim and I got our cuddling time :)

Next week will be a busy one..so I thought I'd work on some offerings for May's Marketplace. Its still a wee bit chilly here.. (only about 70 lol but i swear.. along with Kim (gardenpainterart)..i've turned into a "Cold Weather Wimp too!")

So while its chilly..and most of the weekend was a little gloomy.. I took the time to snap a few more shots.. I guess I should call this my "Time" series :)
I received these wonderful watch parts from a sweet friend, Mica (garb-oodles soup)..and am just head-over-heels in love with the way they look!

The Jim Croce song came to mind..

"Time in a Bottle"

If I could save Time in a bottle
The first thing that I'd like to do
Is to save every day
Til Eternity passes away
Just to spend them with you
If I could make days last forever
If words could make wishes come true
I'd save every day like a treasure and then,Again,
I would spend them with you

But there never seems to be enough time
To do the things you want to do
Once you find them
I've looked around enough to know
That you're the one I want to go
Through time with
If I had a box just for wishes
And dreams that had never come true
The box would be empty
Except for the memory
Of how they were answered by you

Sandy this is beautiful...nothing like a weekend full of rain to keep those creative juices flowing. Glad to hear hubby is back.

I have a dvd of Jim Croce singing. I get weepy everytime I watch it. He seemed like such a peaceful, loving person. He tells a story before he sings each song and he genuinely seemed to love eachl of the characters he wrote about.

Anyway, congrats on the cuddle-time. It's hard to come by.

Sandy TIme in a Bottle was my favorite songs for so many years. Thanks for letting me remember and revisit it.
